Our story

A long obedience in the same direction

Mount Zion has worshiped, served, and grown on Mt. Zion Drive for more than a century and a half. Generations of families have been baptized, married, and carried through life here.

Today we remain what we have always been: a church family that believes the church is at its best when it serves, sacrifices, and loves — caring about the things God cares about.

1857

Mount Zion is established, and a congregation begins gathering in Enola.

1900s

The church grows with the community, adding ministries, music, and mission work.

2020

Worship goes online — and stays there alongside in-person services, reaching people at home every week.

Today

Ten ministries, three mission partners, one mission: making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
